Amichai Steimberg

Mr. Steimberg previously served in a variety of lead executive roles for Orbotech Ltd. from 2000 through 2020, including as Chief Executive Officer from 2019 to 2020, as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2013 to 2019, as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer from 2009 to 2012 and as Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2009. From September 2020 to January 2021, Mr. Steimberg also served as the chairman of the board of directors of Highcon System Ltd., an Israeli company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange that develops and manufactures digital cutting and creasing machines, 2D to 3D software solutions and digital finishing products. Mr. Steimberg currently serves on the board of directors of several private companies, including as chairman of the board of directors of Airovation Technologies Ltd. Mr. Steimberg has a BSc in Agricultural Economics and Business Administration from Hebrew University.

Aharon Aharon

Since 2017, Mr. Aharon has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Israel Innovation Authority, an independent public entity that operates for the benefit of the Israeli innovation ecosystem and Israeli economy as a whole. Prior to joining the Israeli Innovation Authority, Mr. Aharon served as the Corporate Vice President of Hardware Technologies and General Manager of Apple Israel from 2011 to 2017. Prior to his time at Apple, Mr. Aharon served as the Chief Executive Officer of Camero, a leading provider of UWB imaging radars, from 2004 to 2010 (when the company was acquired). In addition, Mr. Aharon served as Chairman of the board of directors of Discretix Technologies from 2003 to 2010 (Discretix was acquired by ARM in 2014). From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Aharon was the Chief Executive Officer of Seabridge. Prior to joining Seabridge, Mr. Aharon was the Chief Operating Officer of Zoran, a Silicon Valley-based, leading provider of digital solutions in the digital entertainment and digital imaging market. Mr. Aharon started his professional career at IBM Research and has a B.Sc in Computer Engineering and a M.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the Israel Institute of Technology.

Omer David Keilaf

Omer Keilaf has spent 21 years driving cutting edge technologies from inception to commercialization. As the co-founder and CEO of Innoviz Technologies, a leading provider of LiDAR sensing solutions, Mr. Keilaf is helping enable the mass commercialization of autonomous vehicles by providing high-performance LiDAR at mass market prices. He has overseen the company’s tremendous success as it overtook older, more established LiDAR developers to earn a design win with BMW, marking the industry’s first major design win for series production of autonomous vehicles. The company has also secured partnerships with Tier 1 solution providers including Aptiv, Magna International, Samsung HARMAN and HiRain Technologies. Mr. Keilaf spearheaded the company’s rapid growth as it raised $252 million and expanded to over 270 employees in a little over three years. For his efforts, Mr. Keilaf was named CEO of the Year by the 2018 Image Sensors Europe Awards, while Innoviz itself has been named a World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, Automobility LA Top Three Startup, and CES Innovation Award winner, among other awards. Prior to co-founding Innoviz, Omer served as an officer in an elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces, before going on to a distinguished career in opto-mechanics, electrical engineering, MEMS and more. He held senior leadership roles at companies including Consumer Physics, STMicroelectronics and IDF, where he served as the System and Product Team Manager, R&D manager, and Project Manager and System Architecture Manager, respectively. He holds a BSc and MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, all from Tel Aviv University, where he has also served as a lecturer.

Dan Falk

Mr. Falk has served as a member of the board of directors of Nice Ltd. (Nasdaq: NICE), since 2001, and has served as a member of the board of directors of Evogene (Nasdaq: EVGN), since 2021. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Falk was President and Chief Operating Officer of Sapiens International Corporation N.V. From 1985 to 1999, Mr. Falk served in various positions in Orbotech Ltd., the last of which were Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. From 1973 to 1985, he served in several executive positions in the Israel Discount Bank. During the past five years, Mr. Falk served as a member of the board of directors of the following public companies, for which he no longer serves as a director: Ormat Technologies Inc. (NYSE: ORA), Attunity Ltd, Orbotech Ltd. and Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) Ltd. Mr. Falk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from the Hebrew University.

Stefan Jacoby

Mr. Jacoby is a seasoned automotive executive with more than three decades of experience in the industry and is currently working as a key player in the transformative move to autonomous and electrified vehicles. Mr. Jacoby most recently served as president of General Motors International Operations, where he led the transformation and consolidation of the Asian market. Prior to GM, he was global CEO of Volvo Car Group and was CEO of Volkswagen Group of America. Accomplishments include increasing profitability, streamlining business structures, and negotiating strategic alliances. Jacoby has served on international boards of GM, Volvo and Volkswagen and has served on the supervisory board of LeasePlan in the Netherlands, and was chairman of the Auto Alliance in Washington, DC. He currently serves on the boards of McLaren Group, Sion Power, and Openlane.

Ronit Maor

Ms. Maor has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Earnix Inc., a company providing advanced insurance software, banking analytics and customer analytics software designed for the financial services industry. Prior to joining Earnix Inc., Ms. Maor was Chief Financial Officer at Pontis, a leading digital customer engagement company, from 2012 until its acquisition by Amdocs in 2016. Prior to her time at Pontis, Ms. Maor was VP Corporate Development at modu, an Israeli start-up designing unique cellular phones, from 2007 to 2011. Ms. Maor also served as Chief Financial Officer of msystems Ltd., a Nasdaq-listed company, from 1997 until the company was sold to SanDisk in 2006. Ms. Maor has a BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University.

James Sheridan

Mr. Sheridan is a senior operating executive with over 25 years of experience and deep experience in the automotive industry. He has experience as both an operating executive (Chief Procurement Officer) and as a leader of the Purchasing Practice at McKinsey. His prior experiences include roles as CPO at Forterra, Senior Expert at McKinsey, CPO at Champion, and a variety of roles with Ford Motor. Jim earned a B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross and M.B.A from Carnegie Mellon.

Orit Stav

Ms. Stav is a seasoned investment manager with 20 years of experience in the Technology, Venture Capital, and Private Equity sectors. She currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Camtek Ltd., Doral Renewable Energy Resources Ltd., Hadasit Bio-holdings Ltd., YSB Group, HomeBioGaz, A.Luzon Real Estate and Finance Ltd. and ORT Technologies Ltd. Since 2015, Ms. Stav has served as a Managing Partner at Israel Innovation Partners. Prior to that, she helped lead investments in companies such as Siemens Venture Capital and Eva Ventures. Ms. Stav holds a Master of Business Administration from Hertfordshire University, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Arts (Economics and Management) from the Tel Aviv University.

Alexander von Witzleben

Mr. von Witzleben is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in high volume manufacturing and global operations in automotive, industrial and consumer end markets. He has held Chief Executive Officer roles at Arbonia AG, Feintool International, and JENOPTIK AG. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of the Board at Arbonia AG and as Chairman of the Board at Feintool International, and holds additional board roles at Artemis Holding AG and KAEFER Management SE.
